Look what we're learning this month!                
     
We will be completing our Reading program for the year with the theme
     

     
Math during the month of May will focus on  subtraction.  We will review other skills that we have learned along with the new concepts.
     

     
For Science we will continue and extend our activities regarding our fieldtrip to the Environmental Studies Center.  We will then work on a unit called Homes for Living Things  We will discuss and learn about a wide variety of animal homes.

In Social Studies we will be completing  Geography Unit 7:  I Know About People, Now And Long Ago.  This unit is broken up into the following themes:  Commonality and Diversity, Continuity and Change, and Interaction Within Different Environments
